About Us
Our Mission
At Absolute Health Center, we exist to minimize pain, maximize function, and restore health to each individual we treat.
Pain relief alone isn’t our final goal — full recovery is. We combine chiropractic care, physical therapy, and targeted soft-tissue treatment to help patients regain the ability to do the everyday things — lifting a child, sitting through a workday, getting back to sport or activity — that pain has taken away.
Meet the Doctors
At Absolute Health Center & Physiocare, our team combines decades of hands-on clinical experience with advanced, specialized training in soft-tissue and sports medicine. Led by Dr. Brian Polvi — developer of the Myodynamic Remodeling™ technique — our doctors work together to treat the whole person, not just the injury, so you can get back to doing what you love.
Dr. Brian Polvi D.C., Clinic Director
Dr. Brian Polvi’s path to chiropractic care started with his own injury. While attending Oregon State University as a pre-med student, he injured his lower back playing football. Months of medical visits brought no improvement — until a friend referred him to a chiropractor. Skeptical at first, he found that just a few visits resolved what conventional medicine hadn’t been able to touch. That experience changed the course of his career.
Since earning his license in 1990, Dr. Polvi has worked as a staff chiropractor for several large multi-specialty medical centers, directing physical therapy and exercise therapy departments with a focus on workers’ compensation, sports injury, and chronic pain cases. He is a pioneer in the field of soft-tissue dysfunction and developed the Myodynamic Remodeling™ technique used throughout his practice at Absolute Health Center & Physiocare.
Dr. Polvi is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a certified Trigger Point Dry Needling practitioner, and a Certified Acupuncture Practitioner. He is Advance Practice Certified with the New Mexico Board of Chiropractic Examiners and accredited by the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. He previously served as the official chiropractor for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox (AAA affiliate of the Colorado Rockies) and on the board of the Colorado Chiropractic Association.
He received his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences, with honors.
